Where the are the items from ?

Most of the items came from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Some of the items are brought in when we go travelling to overseas and how can we resist something to beautiful and not to purchase it to share them with you! Of course, special thanks to our friends who are kind enough to help us to bring in some when they are travelling at overseas.

How often you will update the stocks?

Stocks will be updated once each item is sold. However, if the responses is good, we will update the stock as frequent as possible in order to keep your fashion updated. Your supports is very important~

Can I order those items that are sold off ?

Yes, you may still order the SOLD off item however, we will need to check with our suppliers overseas if they have the stocks at their end. No promise, but we will do everything we can to ensure you get the item that you want UNLESS STATED OUT OF STOCK.

Is there any promotion?

Yes!Of course!! Promotions, we love promotions. For each purchase of RM150 and above, there will be a mysterious! Watch out for festive promotions which we will launch at every festive seasons.

What is the difference between confirmation number, bank serial/transaction number and delivery number?

Confirmation number = You get it once your order has been confirm but payment has not been made

Bank serial/ transaction number = You get it from bank once you had made a payment and scan / email us the number for our end to check our your payment made.

Delivering number = You get it once we reply you with confirmation on your payment and this number can be used to track your delivery status.
What if I do not receive my items ?

What if I do not receive my items?

As mentioned, the delivery will take about 3-7 working days to arrive depending on your location. However, you may also track your delivering status via the following address http://www.pos.com.my/v1/?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm or call up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at 1300 300 300.

Kindly ensure that there will be someone at home ( or the delivery address location) to receive your parcel else, you will need to collect it at your neaerest post office.

I’m from oversea but I am interested to buy the clothes from Button& Pin. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, we currently only extend our services to Singapore. Payment made must be in NETT form which meaning all bank taxes will be borne by buyer and shipment cost will be determined according to country.
